Rework "suggestion" for working more efficient and properly#10262

Hi a think suggestion label is good but little unfinished.

1. I think here can be more panel and at least make something like BIG idea with large idea and small idea with justl little idea or small improvment or large improvment and add fillter for that.
2. Make more Settings for people who use it [statistic not only if i something comment but even on right corner with last activity, respond and msg].
3. Add more wote system not just up and down for wotes add one for duplicit or garbage.
4. Yes and return back statistic with msg under post.
5. Add alert system on right side ar something like subscribe and unsubscribe button on post and owner of post can delete own post [not comment,, whole post i sometimes make two same themas at once or make some thing like closed for make doesnt comment and voting and relocates to closed suggestion panel ]. Thats make large [ i think] improvment about suggestion.
6. Add at most popular themas own # like this #radsuits, #AK,#Weapons,#Heli,scrapheli,#Role Play Items,#Oilrig and etc..
7. Update roadmap with every update. Now we have things here what isnt actual.

1. Bonus if you have suggesting what isnt here please comment and i watch on this this post and if good or people like it i add here.

This is not suggestionts for game but for suggestions site.

Nice so filter is finished and everyone can set own filter nice job but i think it isnt by my suggest.
