Mini-copter Fuel Indicator#105

Add an indicator in the bottom right corner of the screen for how much fuel is remaining in the minicopter.

This is a planned feature which will be added in the near future.

@McFarlane could the same also be done for Hotair Balloon? But only be showing it if you’re standing in the basket. Also I feel like the fuel cost for Hotair Balloons should be less by at least 1/3 the cost.

You can already see the amount of fuel left. Hold Alt, turn your screen, open the tank and that’s it !

@Cédric Colin The point of this change, which is planned, is to make it so players don’t have to do that. When you’re flying it will be much easier to glance at bottom right of screen.
