Electric chainlink fence and gate#11154

This cant be raided with explosive bullets, but yes with satchels charges, timed explosives charges..
And one more suggestion, is increase the HP(Life) of the chainlink fence and gates.

Hell yeah. Those chainlink fences should be a T1 deployable, too, instead of a wall frame thing!

it could be like high externals but you take damage like a tesla coil makes same sound ehen you go by the fence it makes a buzz sound every so often
