More electrical item drop chances#13790

Make the electrical items drop more from crates or add specialized locations or loot boxes for electrical items since its hard to get if you are solo or don’t have enough firepower to fight for loot

This will probably be even more of a problem with the new vehicle parts, a new crate for both would be nice
