Biome specific weather each biome randomly has a choice of events at the same time across the map

Snow Biome add snow/snowstorm (colder when in snowing or storm)
Grassland rain/rainstorm or tornado (get wet giggity)
Desert extreme heat/sandstorm (damage over time)
Ocean waves/whirlpool or tornados (drowning harder to get to the surface for air if not on the boat etc.
