Gender randomly generated per server#18149

A lot of people want to change or be able to select the gender of their character model. Why not make it so that gender is still fixed and randomized, but generated per server.

Through switching servers, players will have a higher chance to spawn their favorite gender, but it remains a chance still. If properly implemented.
