they should add it to 1 or 2 monuments, and have a cool down on the ammo. Could be good for locked crate defence. But I’m against the idea of having a deployable one, it would be too op.

Not the way I see it. You have an advantage for short range if you have some cover, but you are stuck in one place, so easily dispatched by a rocket or sniper. On a roof, you’d be a sitting duck. Especially if it only had 180 degrees of movement.

Making it deployable on a truck bed would be sweet too.
