Nerf Oilrig by removing the locked crate#19074

As it stands right now, oil rigs are way too powerfull in the game. Its an easy way to high tier loot with not too much effort (since the scientists are easy to defeat).

My idea is replacing the locked crate with 2 or 3 elite crates, like they have in military tunnels. This would still make them wothwile and at the same time not as broken as they are now. This would imply that they also remove the heavy scientists but keep the regular ones. I think this would bring a bit more balance to the game and prevent, even if its only by a little, large groups camping the rigs 24/7. Locked crates will still be a thing, but only from chinooks and cargo, which dont respawn as often and are in my opinion more fun gameplay wise.
