Make an option to poop and piss#20381

pls garry make this happen.
Make every player after they eat or drink, to have a piss or poo depnding what they did.Also if they don’t do it, they would lose health or don’t generate it.

i too want to pee and shit all over the place that would make me come back to the game 100%

Garry is not even involved a lot in rust development
