Make Recoil Random for preventing Scripts#20384

Plz Do something about this

Players that use scripts will be banned so just report them for cheating.

I do agree tho that recoil in this game is learnable and can give dedicated players a huge unfair advantage. I feel like sideways recoil should be randomised however the pull up/down shouldn’t to allow for some control?

Getting lasered by AKs is not a fun experience

The whole point of not randomising recoil is to make it skill based. And also its not an unfair advantage. Theyre better, theyre more skillfull its not unfair

Do we want shooting a weapon to be skill based? Like seriously the best weapon in the game is difficult to use unless you’ve invested a lot of time into using it. A lot of players don’t even get to the stage where they can build an Assault Rifle and therefore get little practice.

Having a randomised recoil pattern puts everyone on an equal playing field (That’s how the game should be in my eyes - others may disagree)

I feel like a lot of players disagree with the suggestion because they have invested a lot of time themselves and do want to have their advantage taken away from them. Which is fair enough.

Also Im not sure so dont quote me but i dont believe the devs consciously made the decesion to not randomise recoil - to make the game more skill based

I think it should have some minor random recoil. Like it follows the current recoil pattern but not perfectly every time. This would satisfy both sides.

I dont think randomizing will fix it. We need a way to find the script that is injected. Or some way to detect if the movement is the same. Because no human on earth can make the same movement over and over.

Adding random recoil would make it so AK lazing at 200m would no longer be practical. The AK should not be the weapon of all ranges. Precision weapons are ignored even at long range because the DPS doesn’t add up quick enough compared to a no life who aim trained ak for 2k hours and can fire with perfect accuracy at any range despite the fact that even Delta Force and Seal Team 6 members couldn’t accomplish such feats because recoil is not something you can just negate. No matter how skilled you are, recoil control only reduces recoil from full auto fire.
