Animals should roam evenly around map, not only East#21086

Right now, because of the roaming AI of animals, MOST animals on a server migrate naturally to the East side of the map.

Everyone knows of this. If you base to the East, you will get a ton of animals, while the people in the center of the map or the west will barely find any animals.

This needs to be fixed.

I think this is now fixed with new AI
