FIX oil rig crates#21775

Hello,
My suggestion is: Sometimes, players left 1 item at oil rig crates, and the puzzle reset, all scientists respawn, but the crate stays “open”.
The crate should reset as well, and dispawn the other item.
Sometimes, you make the oil rig for nothing

yeah happens everytime lol

I think my suggestion is that the oil rig crates should be reset within 5 minutes at most (even if there is item) after opening.
