Make "Take clone" default option with hemp/plants that are not ripe#21780

The default option for plants not in the ripe stage should be “Take clone”, not “Harvest”. You’d never want to harvest hemp in the sapling stage, for instance.

If you hold RMB, it switches to “take clone” option.
