A compromise for horse with hqm armor roaming#21781

So I hate when i get rolled up on with a full heavy set with a horse and a spaz with fire shells it sucks but it is a good use of the mechanic so I dont try to get that mad about it but alot of people want it gone heres a compromise.

The horse will not be slower but it will run out of a stamina much faster and is slower over all once its stamina is used up this will make you a huge target as you cant move fast

Use incen bullets, that shit shreds horse armor

were not saying horse armor the full metal hqm armor which players can equip themselfes

It already is slower.
