Unsellable Rust Items#23045

I love all the Twitch giveaways and want to support some of my favorite Streamers in game. Sadly, I was late to the party and missed a bunch of the early drops. I wish there was a craft able loot box similar to the low quality crate, medium quality crate, and high quality crate that when opened offers only unsellable, and untradeable exclusives.

The idea would be you break unwanted items such as 5 cloth, and 5 wood to get a Twitch box. (This rate could be what ever is deemed as acceptable. The given 5 and 5 is purely an example.) This would then allow for the small chance to receive past Twitch items. Items received would still be restricted from selling or trading. If you receive a Twitch item you currently posses, you can break it back into cloth, wood, or metal respectively to create another Twitch box.

This would provide a chance to access this in game items to new players who continually discover the game Rust is. If I just started playing Rust today, and know I missed the only opportunity to ever receive some of the AMAZING Rust skins, I would be pretty bummed out.

I hope this system would provide a fair and easy way to attain Rust Twitch Drop specials, with out impacting the steam community market.

In conclusion, a loot box system to attain untradeable items should be added. The growing player base should have the same opportunity as the existing player base to receive some of the one time item skins!

the timezones for me made greekgod stream at 3am and i never stay up for that long ( i have work ) i understant the pain of not getting skins but rare skins should become rare skins. my solution is that streamers may get another chance to stream lootdrops which unlockes their skins again
