Recycler quality and distribution.#23047

I think that outpost and bandit camp should have extremely slow recyclers and more monuments should have recyclers in more locations that recycle a lot faster; more risk, more reward.
Large groups shouldn’t have an advantage over solos by flying a mini copter to recycle massive amounts of items while a solo can’t even prevent a player from stealing his minicopter in the same fashion. Consequently, this leads to solos literally building everywhere around Bandit and Outpost for convenience. The price of safety being slow recycler speeds is balanced and should be an option that a player should decide on.
