Conditional Bulding blocks based on biome#24145

Bases in the desert would look like its made from palm tree wood, sandstone, (metal and hqm would be the same but with some sand on it)
Snow bases would be dark pine wood and dark rock bricks,
Swamp would be dead wood and mossy stones.

For metal and hqm you could add vines, moss, frost, some snow on top of exposed roofs.
