Make placing of electrical components more precise#24763

Currently, when you place electrical components, most of them tend to be placed slightly below what the blue figure shows. This is not a huge problem, but it is a bit annoying, especially if you’re trying to make it look nice.

Same thing with the tier 3 workbench. It goes to the right of where it actually says itll go. Very annoying when even small space matters.
