Make the "cancel" button on respawn a cancel button instead of a disconnect button.#26634

We don’t want to disconnect when we want to respawn. Sometimes you click to fast or think no I don’t want to respawn there and you just get kicked from the server. This happend many times to me and it putted me back in the queue.
