Return melee npc#26679

reimplement the murderer and add back the behavior on melee attacks of scarecrows.
other fix would be having the scientists having a melee attack behavior

Bring back the beancans, too!

At least fix scarecrows to be fully sunctional like before. Also feel freet to add melee combat logic to the scientist like it was planed before with salvaged swords when you are close to them.
