PRECODED: Random spray-pattern#27007

Generate a random spray-pattern on all weapons (example: AK has 10 different pre-coded patterns, picks out 1 random out of 10 everytime its being used) - or remove it entirely.

I used to disagree with this but in the games current state this is needed.

Predetermined recoil patterns are useless, as each variant can be accounted for in a script.
