HDRP - Graphic FPS#27008

Hey guys, so when i started to play rust After a break HDRP was going to install. After installing the Update my game has so much problems. Never Ending loading screen, FPS drops. I bought a new PC with a 2080 Super and i only get 80-100fps. Before the Update the Game was great to Play and i had about 120-150fps, maybe you can do something about it. Many rust Players wants it!

Nobody wanted them to spend their extremly limited and valuable time on a freaking spray can,. Do you really think they give a damn about spending time on actual performance?
