Holding your breath longer than 3 seconds#27383

I mean, come on, one can easily hold its breath for at least 40 seconds, if not up to 2 minutes

Why do you lose health after just 3 seconds?

It should start off at a minute but if you swim it goes down faster, as you use more oxygen when you swim.

And swim gear would be totaly forgoten :(
i can think about expanding it from 3 to 5-6 seconds but no longer because that would brake game mechanics.
