Add the abilitity to rotate high external walls in to make placment in cramped areas easier.

Let. Us. Pickup. A. External. Wall. FFS. It’s the worst part about vanilla.

You should need building priv.
You need to be holding a hammer.
It takes 60s of holding e to pick up the wall.
No building objects in TC priv can have taken damage in the last 5 minutes (you cannt use this to exit during a raid etc)

Something like that, should be fine.
