Cargo Ship - NPC Counters.#28320

NPC boats to counter the cargo ship armed with scientists. Scientists will spawn from a distance, boat to the cargo and attempt to climb aboard. Kind of like heavy’s, but for Cargo.

Cool idea, i wont vote on it though as i want to give it a chance. I just don’t think things like this will be beneficial to the game until they improve AI. Animal and scientist AI is absolutely dreadful. Not even indie game level of development. There is small incrimental changes they could try each wipe to see how this goes but instead you just see stagnation. If the AI improves then yep, things like this would be wonderful. AI strength could be dynamic, adjusting to the gear the people on the boat have etc.
