PvE improvements#30527

It would be nice if there was more PvE content in Rust. Things like more scientists at monuments, periodic events with enemies, wandering groups of baddies, and such. I play rust with a group of people who enjoy shared progress, and while a lot of this can be added in with mods it’d be nice to see native support.
