Update to latest version of Unity#30534

Better performance and QOL fixes for the engine itself.

thing with doing this is lots breaks and take a long time to track down all the problems. Cannot remember which version its running but i think its 2018 but i cannot remeber. I use unity myself and unity changed codes a lot and from one version to another the code may work differently. I’ve had this issue a lot myself. best to pick a version and stick with it. Otherwise your fixing old issues over and over again getting nothing done.
