PIPELINE Update fix#31621

So alot of people are likely going to stop playing the game when this new pipeline system comes out for a lot of obvious issues. The game is entirely about raiding which will be very difficult when people can just move loot within their buildings or even into other buildings. It will just incentivise people to NOT raid instead of the other way around. While some issues have been resolved by allowing pipes only through doors, one major issue still stands that should be corrected before the release of this update to prevent loss of player base.

The ability to move loot from one building to another. Really the only way I see to fix this would be to allow only one pipeline connection per tc grid so it can’t be passed from one base to another backup base during a raid. Meaning the starting and ending point if the pipe have to be on the same grid and cannot share a connection between two separate grids (tc privs). Now that only prevents the transfer between two separate grids. People still could build separate buildings connected by foundations or frames. I’m not sure how we could prevent said issue with this but my original suggestion would be a good place to start to fix that issue that alot of people are going to stop playing because of.

Problem is your whole argument is based on a false hood.

This is a survival game first and foremost, and cutting down on the raiding means more general pvp and servers not dying as fast.

Raiding should be about area control not profit

However, moving items between two large buildings is very difficult.
First of all, the limited number of nodes connected by logistics means that it cannot deliver goods to more or further places.

You don’t understand the working limitations and principles of logistics network, so I don’t agree with your point of view.

It’s a life system designed to add to the player’s experience, not disrupt the game’s balance
