Flares for minicopters#32280

Flares are not utilized enough in this game and I’d love for them to have a purpose.

Give the minicopters and scraps a flare container that you can put flares into to break oncoming Sam locks. The minicopter can deploy 4 flares and the scrap 8, but there will be a 30 second delay in between.

I’m open to suggestions to see if this should be an optional upgrade for helis but I think personally they should be standard.

How about flares trigger sam sites instead? That way it acts as a decoy. Also let’s people spam them to irritate people lol.
