Craftable Helicopters#32978

Instead of recycling stacks of sheet metal and pipes for scrap in order to buy helicopters why not allow crafting of mini and scrap helicopters with pipes, blades and sheet metal? add a littlebird heli to the outpost air vendor if player controlled helis with weaponry ever pull through. like the other uncraftable legitimate items sold there it wouldnt be out of place
