Diving is so unpolished, let us have good control of ourselves underwater, let us actually swim not just weirdly tread slowly underwater then drown. You should not start drowning after 5 seconds and die in another 5 seconds afters starting to drown. Give us like a minute under water, and give us a breath meter or something above the food when u engage water like when you sit in a minicopter. Let us shoot guns underwater again, why not?
