fix not being able to report cheaters who have changed their names#34374

they will load into a server, change their steam name and then you wont be able to report them through f7 and only will be able to through death screen.
this is really shitty when you expose a cheater to chat and then that cheater is unable to be reported.

there’s a reason why admins always tell you to not call them in the chat

Although player name should remain the same per server per wipe, so once you join in you will have the same name until next wipe.

The name should be the same on BattleMetrics if they haven’t left the server.

dont call them out in chat. they will toggle cheats off and possibly take longer to be caught.
