Please fix the Hangul chat(korean language)#3612

This font update patch is causing the Korean font to break
The pre-update fonts were used more than UTF-8
Currently, Hangul is used but it is broken when using vowel language !! An exclamation point occurs.
(The current update font is UTF-8 even if there is an error part! There is an exclamation point error)
Countermeasure Preferences Allows you to select the old font or add the current font button
