Horses are broken after horse exploit fix#36564

Horses have a huge hitbox now, which makes them hard to ride on rough terrain or in a base. They cannot be placed besides a wall, so if a Hitch & Trough is placed in a corner then only 1 horse can fit.

Yea - horses need full fix, not only their hitbox
currently horses are the most shit transport in the game
