add mini hackable crates around the map#36717

random scientist are kinda unrealistic
they are just wandering randomly around some crap?

instead put some smaller versions of hackable crates which give for example a smaller amount of military grade crates loot

and it need 2 mins to open

Make it so you cant push them with cars to your base like you can with chinook crates
