[QoL] Copyable Steam ID from F7 window, possibly with click on name to open Steam profile#36728

Add ability to copy Steam ID from F7 window and inform about this possibility with copy icon after ID along with underlining that text on hover. Would be nice to check guys out on 3rd party sites/apps other than Steam.

Possibly with feature to open Steam profile after clicking on the player name.
