Custom Items versus skins#39317

Please make it so that bought event items that are just reskinned versions of other items can be changed with the spray can or the workbench. For example, make it so that I can skin a wooden spear to the chinese new year spear or the wolf helmets can be turned to regular wolf helmets and vice versa.

In addition to this, the new year spear cannot be upgraded to a stone spear like the regular wooden spear can.
