Limit TC authorizations#39319

By default limit TC authorizations to 5. This will HELP (not stop) prevent people from walling in entire islands and monuments, but also reduce the amount of bases zergs/clans can use. They already have enough of an advantage

so then they will just have each of their 30+ members place 5 each…
u are really just nerfing smallers groups with what you are asking.

Edit: not to mention solo little johnny who just wants a compound but he can now only make a tiny one :D

the dislikes are from those players who barricade entire islands XDD
