Underwater crates untie faster while holding a combat knife#4642

Don’t they already do this? I thought they implemented this when they added combat knifes if not then they I remember them promising it in the next wipe

I’ve tested this on an offical server having the combat knife equipped has little to no difference when unting underwater crates, small or large.

Still want this to be a thing
