Yes,but Vertical sync and Horizontal sync can be different. that is how it is for me. 60fps horizontal and 75 vertical

@Godlia I think this commit is what you want “Added graphics.vsync convar. Added toggle to graphics settings menu.” I guess we might see it next update already.
