Add Tabards#7120

Add Tabards that would basically be a drawable banner that would go over your body instead of armor. it would be really cool for players to wear their clan’s banner. you could make it 10% projectile protection and 30% melee protection. Maybe the crafting would involve sewing kits and cloth/leather?

Oh boy can’t wait for people to rustangelo child/furry porn onto their banners /s
