No aim cone/dispersion. No patterns you can write scripts for. Just do it how actual recoil works. Implement it with the planned modular gun system and everyone will love you (except scripters).

What we have could use some fine-tuning here and there but for the most part I think it’s pretty good. I definitely don’t want yet another major gunplay change. We’ve had enough of those already. Improve anti-cheat so it actually detects and bans more cheaters instead of fucking with gunplay yet again.
@G That would be great if what you were suggesting was possible. But scripts do not alter the game’s code or do anything server side that they could develop an anti-cheat for. Many gaming mice come with built-in software where you can add scripts. That is why I’m suggesting random recoil. It would be significantly harder to write effective scripts if recoil is dynamic and not static. Improved anti-cheat would be for things such as aimbots.
People get banned for scripting every day. As for mice with on-board memory I’m not sure but people claim to have been banned while others claim to have been playing for half a year with it. At any rate, the point is that something can be done without fucking with gunplay.
