New ambient soundtrack and rain and thunder (weather)#8383

I know there are a lot of very good soundtrack on the soundcloud of Facepunch but they are not in game and I hope they will be in one day. The weather we want the rain like the old rust version it added an incredible atmosphere to the game (Weather changing)
