Enable whitelists on community servers to prevent DDoS attacks.#9648

Basically what the title says, there’s many people doing DDoS to servers to raise the chance of someone entering to theirs, enabling the possibility to whitelist would be a tedious but safe and secure way of making sure a server isn’t being flooded by bots.

That… or improvise a way of stopping DDoS in the first place, i dunno.
